RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Arella purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unworn items that are sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request a return, email exchanges@arellathelabel.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.DAMAGED GOODS
We inspect all merchandise before shipping, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email exchanges@arellathelabel.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order . Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
