Refund policy

We hope you love your Arella purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unworn items that are sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. 

To request a return, email exchanges@arellathelabel.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE OR DURING A SALE PERIOD ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT.

Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item being exchanged. Please allow 5-7 days for your returned item to be processed and the refund issued. It may take 7 business days for your credit card company to process the refund.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Arella reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. 

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email us at hello@arellathelabel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and request to cancel.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, or other products excluded under applicable law.
