Processing & Shipping
Each Arella order is carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
International Shipping
Arella proudly ships to select international destinations.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Arella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@arellathelabel.com. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.
Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or import processing. These delays are outside of Arella's control, and we appreciate your patience should they occur.
